As the Township Supervisor I would like to welcome you to our web site. We hope providing the information in this format will help you to better understand what we do and how we can serve you. Some of the services we provide are the operation of our local cemetery as well as offering our Town Hall for rent for special events. We also set up polling places for elections and administer a General Assistance program. The Road Commissioner has a whole host of additional duties involving roads and bridges in the township.

The supervisor is the chief executive officer of the township. The supervisor serves as supervisor of general assistance and chairman of the township board of trustees. The supervisor is a voting member of the township board. The supervisor has numerous financial reporting responsibilities, is the treasurer of all township funds including cemetery funds and is the ex officio treasurer of the road and bridge funds. Here in Marissa Township he also manages this web site as well as the cemetery web site.
