The building rental is payable when picking up the key. Payment can be in the form of cash or check. Please note that the township charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks. A security deposit of $100.00 is required on all large parties, and is in addition to the rental fee. This deposit must be paid IN CASH when picking up the key. The deposit will be refunded when building is checked after rental and there has been no damage to building or contents.

Our Township Hall is available to rent for many types of gatherings. It has kitchen facilities including range, refrigerator , microwave and plenty of room to work We have folding tables and chairs to seat 100 people plus a podium and piano. The lighting is adjustable to suit the mood of your event. The facility is well maintained and an attractive location for your special event.
DAYTIME EVENTS such as showers, luncheons, workshops, elections, etc. -
